Spread across 15 hectares of land, the estate is owned by Sylvain & Beatrice Bzikot in the centre of Puligny-Montrachet. This wine is 100% chardonnay and comes from a single vineyard. Only a small proportion of this wine has been aged in oak, the rest in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes:

Fresh notes of lemon and stone fruits on the nose, with subtle creamy oak flavours in the mouth. Well balanced with a great acidity and a lengthy finish.

Serving Suggestions:

Pairs well with seafood, fresh-water fish and salad dishes.
