6 Easy Steps to Setup Membership Auto Renewal Online
1. Login Now
Go to Costco.co.uk and select login / Register in the upper right hand corner of the page and login to your account.
Go to Costco.co.uk and select My Account in the upper right hand corner of the page and login to your account.
ⓘ Please note an online account is not created automatically when you sign up at a warehouse. If you do not have an online account, please follow our steps to register for an Online Account.
2. Payment Methods
Under ‘My Account’ choose ‘My Payment Methods’.
Scroll down and choose ‘My Payment Methods’.
3. Setup Account Payment Methods
Enter your card details in this section and select (tick) default check-box.
4. Select Add Card
Click on the ‘Add Card’ button to save the card to your account profile.
5. Confirm your payment method is saved

6. Activate Auto Renew Settings
Turn ‘On’ Auto Renew.
Payment will be automaticaly taken the day following your highlighted Membership expiration date
Terms & Conditions
- When joining Costco Wholesale online or renewing your membership online, you will be automatically enrolled in auto renewal unless you deselect the auto renewal box during the sign-up process.
- You may opt in or out of auto renewal at any time by updating your account on www.costco.co.uk or via the Costco App.
- Only the primary member is authorised to enable auto renewal for their account. Once enabled, auto renewal will apply to all members included in the membership at the time of renewal.
- By enrolling to auto renewal, you agree that your membership is subject to automatic renewal unless auto-renewal is disabled at least two (2) days before the renewal payment date.
- To maintain uninterrupted membership benefits, membership fees will be automatically charged to your saved payment card on the 27th calendar day of the month in which your current membership term expires.
- A reminder email will be sent to the email address associated with your account ten (10) days before the scheduled renewal payment date.
- If auto-renewal is disabled at least two (2) days before the renewal payment date, no further charges will be applied, and your membership will expire at the end of the month.
