This wine is a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc and 2% Merlot.
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of cedar, graphite and blackcurrant present on the nose blending with notes of morello cherry, peony and violet. Fruity nuances of blackberry and morello cherry on the palate with the sweetness of praline and the bitterness of cocoa beans. With good tannic structure this complex wine has a savoury and dynamic finish distinctive of the cru
Serving Suggestions:
Pairs well with beef, lamb, game and poultry dishes.
