Jaffelin Cremant De Bourgogne is made according to the traditional method and exclusively from white grape varieties, mainly Chardonnay. Cremant de Bourgogne Brut Blanc de Blancs is aged for a minimum of 15 months sur lattes (horizontally). Produced in various vineyards within the Bourgogne appellation, its production has been constantly increasing due to its popularity with French and international consumers.

Tasting Notes

It displays a lovely pale-yellow hue with golden tints. Aromas of flowers and citrus come through on the nose, which develops buttery and brioche-like notes with age. Full and supple on the palate, with very complex secondary aromas.

Pairing Notes

Pairs well with fish and scallops, as an aperitif or dessert.
