Dom Pérignon is full and expressive. Having spent no less than 8 years in cellars, the champagne showcases a perfect harmony between the character of the vintage and the signature of Dom Pérignon. Emerging frm a year of striking contrast, the 2015 vintage is salient for its soothing strength and striking tactile presence during tasting.

Tasting Notes:

The nose is complex, with roasted and cocoa notes balanced by a delicate floral perfume of lime blossom, jasmine and peony. Hints of aniseed and cardamom elevate the aromatic flavour profile, revealing a fruity, botanical freshness, with subtle hints of orange and green papaya. The palate offers a uniqe sensory experience with its breadth and delicacy. Citrus flavours with notes of peach, nectarine and gentian bring harmony to the mouth.
