Terms & Conditions:
- Your pass is valid for one year from date of purchase until first activation
- Your pass is activated at your first attraction visit or the date you input for the Paris Museum Pass
- It is then valid for entry to included attractions, tours and activities over 3 or 4 consecutive days
- 3-day passes include a 2-day Paris Museum Pass
- Please note days are not defined as 24-hour periods, but calendar days
- Adult passes are valid for individuals aged 18 years or more
- Child passes are valid for individuals aged 2-17 years
- Child passes do not include the Paris Museum Pass as entry is free for those under 18.
- Included attractions and experiences are subject to change, and days and times of operation may vary. Each attraction can only be visited once

How to Redeem:
- An e-voucher will be e-mailed to you, normally within the hour. If you have a filter on your e-mail, please add
- Follow the instructions in the email to sync your pass and download the Go City app
- You’ll need to use your email and order number to download your pass and place reservations on the app
- To access your Paris Museum Pass, follow the instructions in the Go City App
- Make sure to read instructions for each attraction before you go
- Popular attractions and tours require you to place reservations in advance. Follow instructions on the app
- On the day of your visit show your pass to be scanned at the gate or ticket office together with any proof of reservation
