La Masia Pomace Oil is a blend of olive pomace oil and extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from olives. It is ideal for all types of fried dishes as it can be used more times than other olive oils. It is perfect for professional kitchens since it withstands a higher quantity of frying without its qualities deteriorating. It has a neutral flavour and does not mask the flavour of any foods.
