Alcalá Oliva Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil is world renowned Kalamata PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is 100% traceable, premium and monovarietal. Produced with expertise passed down through thousands of years of tradition and obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. This olive oil is rich, full bodied and has very well-balanced organoleptic characteristics showing medium fruitiness, light bitterness and light to medium pungency, with fresh pleasant and exquisite aroma of green fruits. The range of flavours include garlic, chili pepper, lemon and white truffle, ideal for cooking, gifting or pouring over pasta and salads.
