The cattle used for these steaks spend their days in the North Yorkshire Moors, grazing as they please and enjoying the fresh air.
Taste Tradition's rare and traditional breed cattle are reared using old-fashioned methods which allow the flavour to grow into the meat. These breeds carry additional fat which helps to infuse moisture and offer a distinctive flavour into the meat whilst it cooks.
The steaks are taken from the forerib and trimmed to make them more aesthetically pleasing.
Serving: Serves 4 people based off a 900g serving.
Storage: Minimum shelf life of 9 days. Suitable for home freezing.
