How to Redeem:

• Your pass is fully digital and will be delivered via email within 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Additional processing time may be required
• Follow the instructions in the email to sync your pass and download the Go City app
• You’ll need to use your email and order number to download your pass and place reservations on the app
• Make sure to read instructions for each attraction before you go
• Popular attractions and tours require you to place reservations in advance. Follow instructions on the app
• On the day of your visit show your pass to be scanned at the gate or ticket office together with any proof of reservation
