The second wine from Chateau Mouton Rothschild and made from grapes grown on the younger vines in the prestigious First Growth Vineyard, wine has been produced from this Chateau since Roman times. Spanning a huge 90 hectares, a blend of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot vines planted deep on the edge of the Medoc peninsula, overlooking the Gironde.

“A more classical Petit Mouton than in recent vintages but it delivers Pauillac typicity coupled with grilled blackberry and raspberry fruits, and the velvety tannins typical of this wine.
