Owned by the J-M Cazes Family, Chateau Ormes De Pez stretches across a surface area of 40 hectares. With a terroir of garonne gravel, the grapes were hand-picked and sorted at the vineyard. A blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 49% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot, this wine was aged for 16 months in French oak barrels (45% new).
