Terms & Conditions:

• Your pass is valid for 1 year from date of purchase until first activation
• Your pass is activated at your first attraction visit
• It is then valid for entry to included attractions, tours and activities over 2 or 3 consecutive days
• Please note days are not defined as 24-hour periods, but calendar days
• Adult pass is valid for individuals aged 13 years or more
• Child pass is valid for individuals aged 3-12 years
• Included attractions and experiences are subject to change, and days and times of operation may vary. Each attraction can only be visited once
• For the best experience sync your pass to the Go City app available on Android or iOS

How to Redeem:

• An e-voucher will be emailed to you, normally within the hour. If you have a filter on your email, please add orders@bookings.gocity.com to your contacts. If you have issues receiving your email, please check your spam folder.
• Follow the instructions in the email to sync your pass and download the Go City app
• You’ll need to use your email and order number (found in your order confirmation email or from the Order History section on your Costco account) to download your pass and place reservations on the app
• Make sure to read instructions for each attraction before you go
• Popular attractions and tours require you to place reservations in advance. Follow instructions on the app
• On the day of your visit show your pass to be scanned at the gate or ticket office together with any proof of reservation
