How to redeem:
- Purchase this item and you will receive an email with the 3 codes (within 48 hours) which can be used individually or consecutively.
- Choose your hotel by accessing www.holiday-plus.net/hotels/en/
- Submit a booking request
- You will receive the booking confirmation from the Hotel within 48 hours which needs to be confirmed by you.
- Once your booking is confirmed by the Hotel the Holiday Plus voucher will be issued via email. Print off and take the confirmation email and Holiday Plus hotel voucher with you when you travel. The voucher will be used to confirm and validate your booking at the hotel.

You will receive the eTicket/eVouchers normally within 48 hours via e-mail to the e-mail address you have entered. To ensure delivery of your eTickets/eVouchers emails to your inbox, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your e-mail address book or safe list. If you have not received your eTickets/eVouchers within 24 hours, please check your Spam/Trash mail folder.
Please pack your parcel up securely, preferably using its original packaging, but removing the delivery label.
If your order was delivered "Kerb side", it will need to be available for kerb side pick up.
