What happens on the day?

On arrival at your chosen Zero Latency store, you’ll be greeted and signed in for your experience. You’ll begin by getting kitted out in the latest exclusive VR equipment, before receiving a briefing of your gameplay. Get ready to enter the game arena, where you’ll step into a virtual world swarming with zombies. Work together and with other players in the game to keep the zombie attacks at bay, locate a cure and defeat the boss! Afterwards, you’ll de-kit and debrief. Inspect your individual scores outside the arena, and unwind with a complimentary soft drink.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age 12 - under 14's must be accompanied by an adult
• Maximum group size of 8 (Maximum of 6 until 21 June 2021) 
• Unfortunately, the experience is not suitable for wheelchair users, those with impaired vision, serious heart conditions, epilepsy or heavily pregnant women
• Glasses can be worn with the headsets*, however we recommend using contact lenses as larger frames may be uncomfortable (*Nottingham equipment cannot be worn with glasses however the lenses in the headsets can be adjusted)
• Waiver must be signed prior to participation
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Your experience is available all year round (closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day) at the times specified for each venue as below. Exclusions may apply.

Wembley:
Monday - Friday: 12.00 to 22.00
Saturday:12.00 to 22.00
Sunday: 12.00 to 20.00.

Nottingham: 
Monday - Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday - Friday:14.00 to 22.00
Saturday:10.00 to 22.00
Sunday 10.00 to 20.00

Birmingham: 
Monday - Friday: 14.00 to 22.00
Saturday: 10.00 to 22.00
Sunday: 10.00 to 20.00

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time allow one hour for the full experience.

What should I wear?

You should wear flat soled shoes or boots and comfortable casual clothing.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
