The award winning Herb Fed Free Range Bronze Turkeys are slow grown and free of any growth promoters, allowing them to develop over the right amount of time, reaching the perfect size and weight for you to enjoy. Free to roam day and night through the acres of unfenced pasture in North Yorkshire, they can be found foraging in the field, feeding on the freshly cut herbs that supplement their diet. It is this unique diet combined with the slow rearing methods, which imparts the all-important depth and flavour that you are guaranteed with your Herb Feb bird.

The birds are then dry plucked to give the finest finish and hung for a minimum of 10 days to tenderize; providing you with fully flavoured, textured and succulent meat to enjoy.

Herb Fed turkeys are individually boxed and arrive with vacuum packed giblets and cooking instructions.

This 6kg - 7kg minimum weight bird will feed between 10-12 people and will fit in a conventional oven.
