Product Details

Owned by the Castèja family since 1919, Lynch-Moussas is located on the Large Moussas plateau. Grown on deep gravel soil this wine is made up of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon and 21% Merlot. This wine underwent fermentation in thermo regulated stainless steel tanks for 3 to 4 weeks and was aged in French oak barrels for at least 16 months.

Tasting Notes:

A crimson colour, the nose presents intense aromas of blackberry. The palate is smooth and silky with a dense fruity profile. To finish, strong notes of blackcurrant with subtle spicy hints.

Pairing Suggestions:

Pairs well with red meat, venison or cheese specialties.
