Product Details

The wines of Nuits-Saint-Georges are produced in two villages: Nuits-Saint-Georges and Prémeaux- Prissey. The Les Boudots vineyards border the Premier Cru vineyards of Vosne Romanée, at the northern edge of the Nuits Saint-Georges appellation and is located next to Vosne-Romanée Les Malconsorts. Due to the thin soil in the region this leads to the production of small, concentrated berries which make excellent wines.

The grapes ferment in vats for 3 to 4 weeks and are then aged in oak barrels for 18 months.

This wine has a wonderful, sensual floral aroma. Perfect for drinking now or can be savoured as this will continue to build complexity for the next 20 years.
