Wines from this beautiful vineyard are very open and easy to enjoy, being a little softer than some of the other wines from Chambolle. This is a quintessential red burgundy that when drunk at its optimum maturity, 10 years, with suitable fare, makes you realise what all the fuss is about.

This wine offers powerful red berry and earthy aromas, with round flavors, soft acidity and supple tannins. This wine will develop in bottle for 15 to 20 years.

Pair with sauced meats, game and strong cheeses for an excellent dinner party.
