Hailing from one of the oldest vineyards in New Zealand, this wine has bright grapefruit and lemon and lime citrus notes coupled with hints of mineral, ripe pear and green apple flavours which support the classic gooseberry character. On the finish, there is a crisp acidity surrounded by a palate structure of sweet lemon and orange zest.
