Kirkland Signature is a hard cheese made today as it was centuries ago. Only premium wheels are selected and aged over 24 months allowing its intense, fruity, nutty flavour and hard grainy texture to develop. Kirkland Signature Parmigiano Reggiano is freshly shredded from a wheel that has passed Italy's rigorous maturation standards. Add depth and zest to traditional pasta and rollatini dishes. Sprinkle on pizza, salads, hearty soups and scrambleed eggs for an extra burst of flavour. Try melted on potatoes or a wam, buttered slice of bread.
