The decadent Salted Caramel Liqueur from Hotel Chocolate is created using only natural ingredients with nothing artificial.

Taking Hotel Chocolates Salted Caramel Chocolate and combining it with heady vodka and rich cream to create a liqueur that tastes wonderful simply poured over ice.

Tasting Notes:

Shake and serve chilled

Buttery caramel combine with tangy sea salt and are carried by a flood of dulce-de-leche with a smooth creamy finish.

Suggested Recipe: Salted Caramel Mudslide (serves 2)

50g Dark chocolate
Ice
60ml coffee-flavour liqueur
60ml High quality vodka
60ml Hotel Chocolate Salted Caramel Liqueur
100ml Double cream

- Prepare two chilled tumblers

- Melt just over half of the chocolate and dip the rim of the chilled tumblers returning to the fridge

- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the coffee liqueur, vodka, Hotel Chocolate Salted Caramel Liqueur and double cream. Shake vigorously

- Place some ice cubes in the prepared tumblers and strain in the cocktail. Grate over the remaining chocolate and serve
