In 1975 brothers Ernest and Julio combined their expertise in wine with their passion for fine brandy to create E&J. Over 40 years later and the E&J family keeps getting bigger and better.
E&J make their brandy the old-fashioned way-real and authentic. E&J is distilled and aged to showcase the elegance of a true, fine California Brandy. With a smooth taste for sipping or mixing, E&J Brandy is the perfect complement for any occasion.
Tasting Notes:
Serve between 16°C – 18°C
Flavours of dried fruit are balanced with subtle notes of toasted brown spice and vanilla. Soft and light-bodied.
Suggested Recipe: E&J Fedora
- 30ml E&J Brandy
- 30ml Curacao
- 1tsp Rum
- 1tsp Bourbon
- 1tsp Fresh lemon juice
- 2tsp sugar syrup
- Maraschino cherry
- Pour all liquids into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and add the Maraschino cherry and serve
