The Vosne-Romanee wines are opulent and finely constructed. They are built to last and should really be kept for a minimum of five years. The estate now operates on biodynamic principles, eliminating the use of chemicals for all the wines, leaving them all in barrel over two winters.

This is the estate’s main wine, blended from several different parcels in the village. Half of the wine ages in new barrels but the wine has such energy and tension, that this does not dominate the flavours of red fruit, plum, spice and cedar and the tannic texture blends.
