By smoking the salmon on oak and beechwood it gets its fine flavour with a delicate smoky taste. These slices allow for easy preparation for a plate of beautiful hors d'oeuvres. The delicious honey-mustard-dill sauce is the perfect addition when serving this salmon on a cracker, mini bagel or a baguette.
