A blend of 58% chardonnay and 42% pinot noir, Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle is sourced from a maximum of 11 Grand Crus, from three exceptional vintage years. Aged for a minimum of 10 years for 75cl bottles, this champagne has had time to develop depth, intensity and aromatic complexity while retaining its freshness and vibrancy.

Tasting Notes:

White gold in colour, a very complex nose which mixes honeysuckle, lemon, clementine and fresh butter aromas, followed by notes of hazelnut and a touch of honey. With a delicate and persistent effervescence, the attack in the mouth is fresh with candied lemon and raw hazelnut notes. The palate is silky and mineral with notes of honeysuckle,flaked almonds and clementine.

Serving Suggestions:

Pairs well with high quality fresh produce, shellfish, noble fish and white meats.

Best served between 10°C and 12°C.
