Tasting Notes:

Chill to 7°C and add ice

Intense tropical and stone fruit on the nose with light touches of raspberry. Rounded on the palate with tropical fruits shining centre stage and an underlying acidity of fruity citrus with mild ginger. Refreshing and crisp.

Pairing Notes:

Pairs well with light and sweet desserts as well as lighter spreadable cheeses and fruit.
