A carefully crafted seasoning salt made from unrefined sea salt steeped with a blend of fresh, organically grown herbs and vegetables. The ingredients are hand-cleaned, chopped, and allowed to steep for up to a year in traditional salt marshes, then gently dried to preserve their full flavour. This results in a richly aromatic salt that enhances the taste of many dishes while allowing you to use less.
