Product Details

Les Baudines vineyard is next to the village of Santenay. It is East oriented on a light and very well drained soil, making a veryelegant, lean white wine.

The grapes are harvested by hand and put in small cases in order not to damage the fruits. The grapes are pressed softly and are fermented and aged in oak barrels for 15 months before bottling. The wine produced is oaky with an apricot bouquet. Broad, rich & full bodied with a long finish.

A buttery & complex chardonnay best suited when served with chicken or turkey.
