Kirkland Signature Means Quality and Value

Kirkland Signature Congo Medium Dark Roast Coffee Beans are grown in Bukavu region of the Congo (or full country name Democratic Republic of Congo) and they are a reasonably sized grower and exporter of high quality Arabica coffee. The coffee is farmed as a co-operative where the farmers retain investment from crop sold. Investment is made back into the local community projects. One such project, Rebuild Women's Hope (RWH) was established in 2013 invests in the lives of its members, offering pre-harvest, interest-free loans. There are plans for nursery programs and health clinics in the near future. These coffee beans are grown at 1,480 - 2,200 metres and have tasting notes which are bright and smooth with hints of brown sugar.
