Hennessy XO Cognac, 70cl

Hennessy XO is a powerful and elegant cognac. The cognac had structured nuances, dominated by the richness of oak and black pepper aromas.

The cognac has an intense colour with a velvety texture. The first wave of aromas express rich dried fruits such as prunes and dried figs. The aromas evolve to more dense notes of chocolate and black pepper, mellowed by cinnamon, clove and cardamom. Distinc fragrances of crystallized fruit, oak, spices, and emanations of old leather can be noticed.

On the palate the cognac is elegant and robust, revealing balance, roundness, and harmony, underlined by the strength of peppery notes, and vegetable fragrances from the oak. A lovely long after taste with sweet notes of cinnamon and vanilla.
