A sweet succulent caramelised onion sausage, made with British red tractor BMPA. Welfare reared pork mixed with a carefully selected blend of herbs and spices; with a high percentage of sweet red onion marinated in balsamic vinegar. Packed into a natural casings to give a rich meaty sweet onion pork flavour with a meaty bite for that tradition mouth feel.
