Distilled at The Luzhou Laojiao Distillery, Ming River Baijiu originates from the river town of Luzhou, located in the southwestern province of China, Sichuan. Using the wine making tradition that dates back nearly two thousand years, the distillery is best known for its “1,000-year pit, 10,000-year mash” technique.

Tasting Notes:

Balanced yet complex, this is a bold spirit with hints of pineapple and anise, followed by a lingering finish.
