With a Thermolon™ Diamond Professional ceramic nonstick coating, reinforced with diamonds for added strength and scratch resistance, this pan offers excellent heat transfer and high performance cooking. The stay cool bakelite handle gives this pan a sturdy grip and the heavy-gauge construction delivers reliable cooking results.
