Kikkoman Teriyaki Glaze is an aromatic blend of naturally-brewed soy sauce, wine and spices resulting in a unique savoury flavour that is a perfect balance of sweet, savoury and sticky. Teriyaki is a Japanese word made up of two syllables with the following meanings: teri = glaze or shine, and yaki = to grill. Extremely versatile, this glaze can be added to meat, fish and vegetables, and can be used to marinade barbecued foods or enhance the flavour of all fried and grilled meats. This glaze can also be used as the sauce base in a stir fry or simply, as a dipping sauce.
