Product Details

Taste Tradition's rare and traditional breed of pigs are reared using old-fashioned methods which allow the flavour to grow into the meat. These breeds carry an extra bit of fat which helps to infuse moisture and offer a distinctive flavour into the meat whilst it cooks. The pigs consume natural feed, which is a factor responsible for the high quality and flavour of the pork produced. Specialist rations have been formulated which are free of GM products and are always enjoyed by the pigs.

These Pork spare ribs are cut from the belly and are larger than the baby back ribs from the loin. The ribs are coated in either a barbecue or a Chinese-style glaze, 3.5kg of each variety. Perfect for BBQs or for slow cooking and smoking.
