This hickory smoked spiral ham from Bearfield's is produced from the very best selected pork legs which are trimmed to the highest standard and are kiln smoked and cooked to a traditional family method. It is spiral cut on the bone resulting in a delicious, easy to carve, unique ham that can be used as a centrepiece for any special occasion.

For five generations and over 100 years, the Bearfield family have been producing fine hams and gammons from its premises in London using tried and tested traditional methods to produce excellent quality and taste.

To Serve: Before placing the ham on the table, take a thin sharp knife and cut closely around the bone to loosen the meat. The slices will then fall off the bone and your guests can help themselves.
