Please note - This must be purchased in the conjunction with item #239300 Backyard Discovery Skyfort 2 Playcentre from www.costco.co.uk, by adding it on at checkout after the Playcentre has been added to your cart. Please be aware that this service does not include delivery of the item, and is an installation service only.

 

Take the hassle out of putting together your playcentre with this installation service for the Backyard Discovery Skyfort 2 Playcentre.

 

Your garden area must be flat for installation to take place. 

 

The Installation will be carried out as follows:

1. The Install Company Nationwide will contact you within 5 business days of your order to arrange a suitable installation date (this date will be after you have received your Backyard Discovery Skyfort 2 Playcentre). Please ensure that the ground area required is clear and level ready for the installation. Please note that the recommended obstacle free safety zone to accommodate swinging, slide landing space and running area is W 937 x D 826 cm.

2. The installer will call the evening before to arrange an installation time frame

3. The installation will take place with either 1 or 2 installers and take approximately 12-16 hours

4. The installer will safety check the product 

5. The installer will then hand over the product to the customer for approval 

6. A photo will be taken of the completed item and customer asked to sign a satisfactory completion form 

 

This is an installation service only and does not include delivery of the item. Please ensure that the ground area required is clear and level ready for the installation. The ground must be level otherwise this may cause ground anchors to lift, which therefore may require concreting into the ground (Concreting into the ground is not part of the installation service).

Please note that installation is completed by an independent company.  Prior to booking the installation, ensure your product has arrived and all the parts are included and in good condition.  As an independent contractor, they do not carry spare parts for this installation.
