Bombay Bramble Gin, 70cl

A bold fruit infused gin, bursting with 100% natural flavour of freshly harvested blackberries and raspberries. A real fruit infusion gives a distinct colour and natural flavour with no added sugar.

Tasting Notes:

Red summer berries on the nose with juniper and green spice. Predominantly juniper & citrus on the palate, with aromatic red berry roundness & liquorice spice ending in a smooth and dry finish.

Serving Suggestion: Clover Club

• 50ml Bombay Bramble Gin
• 25ml fresh lemon juice
• 20ml sugar syrup
• ½ egg white
• Raspberry and blackberry on cocktail skewer for garnish

- Prepare a cocktail shaker with ice and add Bombay Bramble Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into the shaker

- Shake vigorously until chilled and then remove the ice from the shaker and shake again

- Strain into a chilled coupette or martini glass and add prepared cocktail skewer with raspberry and blackberry for garnish
