Located in the Wairau and Awatere Valley, Thornbury’s Sauvignon Blanc vineyards have free-draining soils, combined with a cool climate and long, warm summer days. This produces a distinctive wine that is vibrant and fresh.

Tasting Notes:

On the palate, vibrant and intense notes of lime and lemongrass with hints of blackcurrant and freshly cut herbs. With a satisfying length to finish this delicious wine is crisp and mouth-filling.
