Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc boasts fresh, classic flavours from Marlborough vineyards, year after year. The Nobilo story began in 1943, when Nikola Nobilo moved from his native Croatia to New Zealand. He recognised the pristine landscape was ideal for Sauvignon Blanc with expansive sunlight valleys, rolling hills and mineral rich soils creating a unique flavour profile. Nobilo vineyards are located at outstanding sites, predominantly coastal, which benefit from clear, long sunlight hours, sea breezes and cool nights. These areas enjoy long, dry autumns, which allow slow ripening so grapes develop intensity as well as good acid structure.

Tasting Notes:

Crisp and clean with zesty tropical fruits, especially passionfruit and pineapple with subtle hints of green herbs. The wine is intensely flavoured with a balanced mouthwatering acidity and a generous finish.
