This historic vineyard is situated in the heart of the finest seam of limestone that runs south from the village of Gevrey Chambertin, opposite Chambertin itself. This burgundy offers tremendous aromatic complexity, with notes of berries and voilets. The wine has a wonderfully silky balance and refined palate. This is a very long lived Burgundian royalty that will continue to develop complexity for many years to come.
