This refreshing wine is made from a blend of southern French grapes like Grenache, Carignan, and Syrah, it also includes an unexpected twist with the addition of Tannat (a bolder variety from the South-West). The result is a smooth, vibrant red wine that’s light on the palate. As a Vin de France, it steps outside traditional appellation rules, giving the winemaker the freedom to create without constraint.

Tasting Notes:
Fresh nose of small red fruits, blackcurrant, blackberry, redcurrant, and spices. Overall, a very digestable, fresh, and easy-drinking wine with a light palate and lingering finish of fresh red fruits.

Pairing Suggestions:
Pair it with tapas, a charcuterie board, white meats, rich fish dishes, roasted Camembert, or strawberry soup.
