Product Details

Owned by the Rosso family since 1920, the Ceretta vineyard covers 3.5 hectares of land and contains a variety of Nebbiolo and Barbera. Partially replanted in 1984 and 2000, the vineyard has southeast exposure and the soil is predominantly calcareous providing excellent conditions for Nebbiolo.

Tasting Notes:

Complex on the nose with floral notes of dried rose and violet complemented by ripe cherry and white pepper. Full bodied on the palate with enveloping silky tannins.

Pairing Suggestions:

Pairs well with beef, game and poultry dishes. Best served between 16°c-18°c.
