Jean-Marie Fourrier took over the domain from his father twenty years ago, transforming it into one of the jewel estates of Burgundy. Domaine Fourrier shows how burgundy wines can be so intense but delicate, demonstrating how terroir definition must always dominate over winemaking, oak, or any other ‘tricks’ available.

Tasting Notes:

Well balanced between supple, soft fruit and freshness. The fruit is underpinned by silky tannins as well as that remarkably classy Gevrey ferrous minerality which the wines of this Domaine capture so well.

Pairs well with beef, game, veal and poultry dishes.
