Product Details

Chateau Pichon was founded in the late 17th Century. Pauillac is located approximately 40 kilometres to the north of Bordeaux, on the bank of the Gironde River. The estate comprises 73 hectares of high quality soil and plants 65% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot, and is meticulously divided into separate plots.

Tasting Notes:

Notes of dark fruit, oak and tobacco on the palate. Full-bodied, tight and integrated with strong tannins and long refreshing finish.

Pairing Suggestions:

Pairs well with beef, game, lamb and poultry dishes.
