Owned by the Perrodo family, Chateau Labegorce is located in the AOC Margaux Appellation. Spread across 154 acres of land and 11 acres of land in AOC Haut-Medoc, the vines have an average age of 30 years and are planted on a 70% gravelly-sandy, 30% silty-sandy terroir. This wine is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Ageing took place in French oak barrels 40% new, 60% one year old.
