Accademia Prosecco DOC by Bottega is a non-vintage prosecco distilled with 100% glera grapes, presented in a striking gold bottle.

Tasting Notes:

Fruity and floral notes such as apple, white peach, citrus, acacia and wisteria enhance the rich taste. Altogether it is a well balanced prosecco with a fresh and delicate palate.

Pairing Notes:

Pairs well with pasta and fish courses. Excellent as an aperitif.
