Scallywag is a blend of only Speyside Single Cask Single Malts, including those distilled at Mortlach, Macallan and Glenrothes. Matured in sweetly spiced sherry and vanilla casks for a rich and zesty character.

Tasting Notes

A richly spiced character woven into delicious vanilla. Layers of sweet stewed fruits and dark chocolate fused with nutmeg and cinnamon. Finishes with bursts of orange, fresh ginger and fruitcake.

Suggested Recipe: The Manhattan

- Fill both a cocktail glass and a mixing glass with ice.

- Add 25ml of Scallywag and 15ml of Sweet Vermouth to the mixing glass and stir well.

- Discard the ice from your cocktail glass.

- Strain the cocktail into the now-chilled serving glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
