Bullion Spiced rum gold original is the ultimate spiced rum which is triple distilled using sugar cane from Guyana. A fourth distillation takes place in the Bullion vault, enthusing the guyanese rum with spiced botanicals sourced from all over the world. Added natural vanilla, caramel and himalayan salt is blended with the purest Welsh water naturally filtered through the mountains of the Brecon beacons, making this exquisite elixir.

Tasting Notes:

Bullion spiced rum gold original is bursting with warm caramel and creamy vanilla on the nose, handmade toffee at the start, sweet and smooth throughout with a medley of spices on the finish. The finish is long and deep with cinnamon, all spiced berries and hand cut sweet orange peel. Himalayan salt is minimal but present throughout.

Bullion spiced rum can be enjoyed neat over ice, or paired with a multitude of your preferred mixer.

Suggested Recipe: Bullion Espresso Rumtini

- 2 ounces Bullion Gold Original

- 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur 

- 1 ounce espresso, freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate)

- 1/4 ounce simple syrup

- Garnish: coffee beans

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a couple of ice cubes and shake until cold, pour into a martini glass and garnish with three coffee beans.
